Final Sale Items

Please note that all Trading Card Game (TCG) Singles, TCG Sealed Products, and Sports Card Products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


Returns

If you decide you no longer want a product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup, provided it is in original, unopened condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • An original receipt is required.

We do not accept returns on:

  • TCG Singles

  • TCG Sealed Products

  • Sports Card Products


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action.

For missing items inside sealed products, please contact the manufacturer directly — we are not responsible for the contents of factory-sealed items.


Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender at the customer's request:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any "free shipping" offers (the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Once your return is accepted, you may proceed with purchasing the new item separately.


Online Order Cancellations

Cancellations requested at any time will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Misconduct & Foul Play

Gateway Cards & Sports enforces a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, foul play, violence, or any form of verbal or physical aggression.
If such behavior is observed:

  • Your order may be canceled in full

  • A refund with 10% restocking fee will be issued

  • We reserve the right to take further action at our discretion


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund
