Refund policy

Gateway Cards & Sports does not accept returns or exchanges on sealed Sports Cards boxes/products and TCG. Sales for these products are final sale at the time of purchase. 

Small Tears, Scuffs, and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap are completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors.

Gateway Cards & Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gateway Cards & Sports will package all collectibles to ensure it is safe. However, once it is in the courier's hands we are not responsible for damaged goods. 

If there is an exception, orders will be subjected to a 15% restock fee plus return label cost. Cancellation of pre-ordered products will be a penalty of 15% for processing fees. No exceptions.
